LYNN TRIBON - SENIOR HOMEOWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
Lynn has served with Adair Homes since 1999 and has built and lived in homes built by Adair throughout her tenure. Her experience in construction, administration and home planning provides our staff with a high level of expertise and leadership. Lynn is a strong advocate for Adair's mission to provide affordable housing. Her belief in service to the customer is the benchmark for the Medford Office.

SCOTT BARLOW - HOMEOWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
Scott moved to the Rogue Valley 37 years ago. He joined the Adair Team in 1999 and has enjoyed many years and about 1,000 homes built for folks with the dream of home ownership. His extensive experience with planning and development has served his clients well. Scott and his wife Sue are blessed with 4 grown children.

JILL LAYTON - BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR
With a service heart, Jill's life experience is put to great use helping families realize their dream of home ownership. Jill and her husband Randy have enjoyed life in Southern Oregon with their three children for 12 years. Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Travel and Tourism from Arizona State University. She is a graduate of Southern Oregon University with an Associate Degree in Office Management.

DONNY HERMANT - SENIOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Donny has fifteen years experience in the construction industry. He has developed a solid understanding of every phase of home construction. This knowledge stems from Donny's hands on experience as a framer, job foreman, lead estimator to various other construction management positions. Donny joined the Medford Construction Team in 2004. Donny and wife Missy have two beautiful children. The family enjoys camping and Donny volunteers as coach for many different youth sports in the Medford area.

DENNIS EUBANKS - CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Dennis has been with Adair Homes since spring of 2005. He moved to Southern Oregon in 1986. Prior to starting with Adair Homes, Dennis has operated small a construction business off and on since 1978 in California and Oregon. He and his wife have fun doing Agility trials with their three Border Collie dogs and RV camping.
