I have served with Adair Homes since 1999 and have built and lived in homes built by Adair throughout my tenure. My experience in construction, administration and home planning provides our staff with a high level of expertise and leadership. I am a strong advocate for Adair's mission to provide affordable housing.

SCOTT BARLOW - HOMEOWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
I moved to the Rogue Valley thirty-seven years ago. I joined the Adair Team in 1999 and have enjoyed many years and about 1,000 homes built for folks with the dream of home ownership. My extensive experience with planning and development has served my clients well. My wife, Sue, and I are blessed with four grown children.

JOHANNA SIEBERT - HOMEOWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
For almost a decade, I have worked in new construction and land use planning. I have constructed and lived in Adair homes, providing me first-hand knowledge of the joys and triumphs of participating in the building process and moving into a brand new home. My family and I participate in team roping and barrel racing events and spend several weekends each summer camping in the Siskiyou Mountains riding the Pacific Crest Trail.

JILL LAYTON - BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR
With a service heart, my life experience is put to great use helping families realize their dream of home ownership. My husband, Randy, and I have enjoyed life in Southern Oregon with our three children for twelve years. My education includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Travel and Tourism from Arizona State University. I am a graduate of Southern Oregon University with an Associate Degree in Office Management.

CHRIS SHORO - CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Having spent over ten years in the residential and commercial building industry, I bring a passion for excellence. Doing the right thing comes naturally to me. With a customer-comes-first attitude and quick wit, I pride myself on doing things “right the first time.” The Medford Adair Homes Team welcomed its newest member to the Construction Services Department in March of 2011. Upon joining Adair Homes, I moved my wife, Gina, and our three young children from Northern California to find life in Southern Oregon perfectly suited to our lifestyle. With a strong sense of community, I enjoy implementing Adair Homes’ mission of building quality homes for families just like mine.
